Curt brings an extensive background in residential property to Tom Shaw Realtors.  Curt grew up in St. Louis County and currently resides in St. Charles County.  He has worked for over 28 years in various corporations, banks and mortgage companies in and around St. Louis. Most recently, he moved to Tom Shaw Realtors after owning and brokering his own real estate company.  Tom Shaw Realtors is pleased to have Curt Rosse on staff.  His experience and education includes mortgage lending, credit qualification, secondary marketing, contract law, appraisal review,  foreclosure procedure, property preservation and rehabilitation.
