Chip DeWitt specializes in homes, homes on acreage, farms, acreage and commercial properties. He oversaw the development of several 3 acre developments in West County such as Shiloh, Wakefield Farm, Babler Forest and Hawks Rest to name a few. He has served as the sale agent representing Kemp Homes in selling 22 new custom homes on 3-acre lots. He was president of the West County Chamber of Commerce in 1994 and awarded the Founder's Award by the West County Chamber of Commerce in 1997. Chip received the Wildcat Service Award by the Eureka High School ice hockey team and has managed several youth boys baseball teams at Pond Field.
